At NaughtyQ, customer privacy, hygiene, and product safety are our top priorities. Because our products fall under the intimate wellness category, we follow a strict hygiene-first return policy.

Returns

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, opened, used, or unsealed.

A return or replacement request may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing from the package
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect at the time of delivery

Important Unboxing Video Requirement

For damage, missing item, or wrong product claims, an unboxing video is required.

Please record a clear video before opening the parcel, showing:

  • The sealed outer package
  • Shipping label
  • Full unboxing process
  • Product received
  • Any visible damage or issue

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened or unsealed, wherever applicable
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, charging cables, pouches, and box contents
  • Supported by order proof or receipt

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement for damaged, defective, missing, or wrongly delivered products.

Replacement will be processed after we review the issue and verify the proof shared by you.

Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed as our mistake, such as wrong product or damaged product, we will guide you with the next steps.

Reverse pickup may not be available for all pin codes. If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to self-ship the product to our address after approval.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is opened, used, or unsealed
  • Product packaging is damaged after delivery
  • Product is returned without original accessories or packaging
  • Customer changes their mind after delivery
  • Product is disliked after purchase
  • Product is damaged due to customer handling
  • Product was purchased during offer, sale, combo, or discount
  • Hygiene seal is broken
  • Claim is raised after 1 day of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after verification.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, or payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
